I run the Monster Card, the shared postcard that arrives in 4,628 New Bern mailboxes with twelve local businesses on it. If you are holding one and wondering who sent it, that is me. I live here too.
I am the one in New Bern, North Carolina. If you searched my name and landed here from a postcard, this is the right one.
Which is most of the reason the card exists here and not somewhere with a bigger population. I mail the streets I drive on.
Long enough to have opinions about which channels work for a small local business and which ones just look busy. The longer professional version of that is at davidjanosik.com.
Direct Marketing Monster is a trade name of Instant Authority LLC. The terms, privacy policy and refund policy are published in full on the company site.
Not because anybody sold your address. The card goes out through USPS Every Door Direct Mail, which is addressed to “Local Postal Customer” and delivered by carrier route.
I choose carrier routes, not households. Nobody hands me a list, and there is no list here to leak.
Across Trent Woods, Taberna, Brices Creek, New Bern. Which routes are on the card, and which I leave off, is published on the card page rather than kept vague.
I design and mail the card. The businesses on it set their own offers and honor them. If one of them does not, tell me at support@directmarketingmonster.com — I would rather know.
One business per category, twelve to a card. Your roofer is not sharing the page with three other roofers.
If a category is taken, it is taken until that slot lapses. And if I think mail is the wrong channel for what someone sells, I say so rather than take the money.
That is what newbern.deals is for. Scan the QR code on the ad you are holding, or type the short address printed under it, and you land on that business’s page with their offer, their phone number and their Google reviews.
Pricing, the routes, the income data behind them and what is still open all live on the company site. So does the longer version of who I am and what I have built.
